Why do I keep getting notified I need to do exit counseling?


You are most likely getting notified to complete exit counseling if you are:

  • about to graduate,
  • withdrawing from BYU-Idaho,
  • dropping below half-time enrollment (less than 6 credits).

Federal regulations require all student loan borrowers to complete exit counseling.
