Sinfonietta

BYU-Idaho faculty and students will present an evening of classical music, featuring works by three 18th-century masters: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Joseph Haydn, and Joseph Bologne Chevalier de Saint-George. Less known today, Saint-George was a brilliant and well-respected contemporary of Haydn and Mozart, born of African ancestry, and flourishing in Paris as a virtuoso violinist and prolific composer.
