Can I switch Veteran Benefit Chapters if I run out of benefits from one Chapter?

Yes, but you must choose the chapter before the semester begins. For example, if you are using Chapter 33 benefits and they run out, you can select a different chapter for the next semester by requesting a new Certificate of Eligibility. We can then certify you under the new chapter for that semester.
