What Do I do if My Loan Servicer doesn't think I am enrolled but I am?
If your loan servicer does not think you are enrolled, complete the following steps:
- Print proof that you are enrolled by using the Self-Serve Enrollment Verification Tool.
- Send this proof to your loan servicer.
