I’m a parent helping my student with financial aid–how do I get in touch with financial aid?

The Financial Aid office can answer general questions for parents, but, due to federal regulations, we can provide account-specific information only if your student is present.

You and your student can come into the Financial Aid Office in Kimball 196, call (208) 496-1411, use the chat bubble, and request to speak with a financial aid specialist, or we can schedule a Zoom appointment for you and your student to discuss your questions.
