How Do I Submit the FAFSA® if My Contributor Does Not Have an SSN?
Parents of dependent students who do not have a Social Security Number (SSN) must create a studentaid.gov account (also known as an FSA ID) and fill out the contributor section of the FAFSA®. The government has published instructions and FAQs about how to fill out the FAFSA® if your contributor doesn't have an SSN.
