Financial Aid FAQs

What do I do with my loans before I go on a mission?

New Federal regulations may require you to make loan payments while you are on your mission. BYU-Idaho does not handle loan arrangements, payments, or contact with loan servicers. You must reach out to your loan servicer before your mission to plan.

Log in to studentaid.gov to find your loan servicer and contact them to set up repayment.
