How will I know if I am getting my Idaho LAUNCH grant at BYU-Idaho?

Idaho LAUNCH grants are added to your Financial Aid Portal about a week before the semester starts. To ensure you receive your grant, make sure your declared major at BYU–Idaho matches the program you have declared in your Idaho Launch Portal.

If you need to change your BYU–Idaho major, this must be fully processed by the Major Change Deadline, so allow yourself plenty of time.

If you need to update your declared program in the Idaho Launch Portal, follow the directions in the Student Participation User Guide PDF.

Idaho LAUNCH grants only pay for Program Applicable credits. You can check whether your credits qualify using the Program Applicability Tool.

Once all steps are complete, you should see your Idaho LAUNCH grant in your Financial Aid Portal.
