Financial Aid FAQs

What Are the SAP Requirements for Financial Aid?

To remain eligible for federal financial aid, students must meet all three SAP requirements:

  • Completion Rate (Pace): Complete at least 67% of cumulative attempted credits
  • Grade Point Average (GPA): Maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
  • Maximum Time Frame (MTF): Complete your degree within 150% of the required credits for your program

Important: All SAP requirements are calculated using Program Applicable (PA) credits only, as determined by your declared degree program. Your academic transcript may include non-PA credits that do not count toward SAP.
