Financial Aid FAQs

Can I still fill out the FAFSA® if I missed the priority deadline?

Yes, you can and should still fill out the FAFSA®. Missing the priority deadline does not mean you have missed out on all financial aid. The FAFSA® Application Deadline is the absolute last day to submit the FAFSA®.

The sooner you submit your FAFSA®, the sooner BYU–Idaho’s Financial Aid Office can determine your eligibility and send you a financial aid offer.

If you have questions, contact the Financial Aid Office by calling (208) 496-1411, emailing financialaid@byui.edu, or visiting them in person in Kimball 196.
