Financial Aid FAQs

What happens to my VA Benefits if I drop or withdraw from a class?

The VA will only pay for classes that are completed during your semester. If you drop or withdraw from a class you will need to pay back a portion of your benefits to the VA. They will send you a debt letter to let you know how much you will owe back.
