Internship Grants
BYU-Idaho offers first-come, first-served grants to assist students with internship-related expenses, particularly for those traveling outside the Rexburg area.
- Helps with student internship expenses, but doesn't cover all costs.
- Awarded based on financial need and teaching location.
- When combined with other BYU-Idaho Scholarships, it cannot exceed full LDS Member Tuition.
Internship Grant Qualifications
- You must be a BYU-Idaho campus student without an earned bachelor's degree.
- U.S. citizens must complete the FAFSA®.
- Your internship must be:
- Program applicable (required for graduation).
- At least 20 hours a week
- Registered by the Full Semester Financial Aid Determination Date (FADD).
- Only two Internship Grants can be approved per student.

Student Teaching Grants
BYU-Idaho offers first-come, first-served grants to assist students with student teaching expenses, particularly for those traveling outside the Rexburg area.

- Be sure to select "Student Teaching" when completing the form
- Include details about your teaching assignment location, rent amounts, and household income.
- Apply by the deadline:
- August 15 for Fall semester.
- December 15 for Winter semester
