Financial Aid FAQs

Who is my loan servicer, and how do I contact them?

If you don’t know who your loan servicer is or how to contact them, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Federal Student Aid website.
  2. Log in using your FSA ID (the same username and password you used to fill out your FAFSA).
  3. Go to your Dashboard and click “My Loan Servicers.” This will show your loan servicer’s name, website, and phone number.
