Financial Aid FAQs

What happens to my student loans if I leave school?

If you leave school, your federal student loans enter a six-month grace period. Once that period ends, your loan servicer will expect repayment to begin unless you return to school at least half-time before the grace period expires.

You should receive a Repayment Schedule during your grace period. If you do not receive it, contact your loan servicer directly for details about repayment.
