Financial Aid FAQs

What do I do if I already submitted a thank-you letter but it still says I need to submit one?

It can take several weeks for our team to review Thank You letters and remove the requirement from your account. If you have already submitted your Thank You note, it may not have reached our team. Please submit it again and then be patient as we work to make sure your message reaches the correct donor.

A Thank You Letter showing a “needed” status will not prevent your scholarship from disbursing to your student account.

If you still have questions, contact the Financial Aid Office by calling (208) 496-1411, emailing financialaid@byui.edu, or visiting them in person in Kimball 196.
