Financial Aid FAQs

How do I get in-person help with my financial aid?

You can meet in person with a Financial Aid counselor during regular business hours in Kimball 196.

You can email financialaid@byui.edu, call (208) 496-1411, use the chat bubble, and request to speak with a financial aid specialist.

We can also schedule a Zoom appointment if you are out of the Rexburg area.
