Posters are a DIY communication channel. Create your poster in Design Conductor, get it approved, and submit it for printing.

Posters are a self-service communication channel for reaching students in approved locations across campus. Use Design Conductor to create or upload your poster, receive the required branding and approval, and submit it for printing.

Creating & Displaying Posters

Create Your Poster
Use Design Conductor to create a poster from an approved template or upload your own design. Design Conductor will add the required BYU-Idaho branding and route the poster for approval.
Print Your Poster
Once your poster is approved, use Design Conductor to submit it for printing through Print Services. The standard bulletin-board poster size is 11 × 17 inches.
Posters may be displayed only on approved campus bulletin boards. Do not place posters on walls, windows, doors, or inside classrooms.

Usage Guidelines

Use Design Conductor
Create or submit your poster through Design Conductor so it receives the required branding and approval before printing.
Post Only in Approved Locations
Display posters only on approved bulletin boards and designated posting locations.
Use Push Pins Only
Use push pins to attach posters to bulletin boards. Do not use staples, tape, paperclips, or other methods.
Don’t Cover Other Posters
Place your poster without covering another poster or removing someone else’s poster to make room.
Follow Posting Limits
Print no more than 30 posters for a single event or campaign. Display no more than two posters for the same campaign in a hallway or poster-board area.
Remove Expired Posters
Remove posters after the stamped expiration date.
Follow Brand Standards
Use approved logos, colors, typefaces, photography, illustrations, and other brand elements when creating your poster.
Flyers, table tents, campus mailers, banners, signs, and other printed materials are reserved communication channels coordinated through University Communications.

11 × 17 inches is the approved poster size for campus bulletin boards. Other poster sizes may be available through Print Services but are not approved for bulletin-board advertising.
