Can Outside Groups Advertise On Campus?
The Campus Communication Policy prohibits off-campus groups from advertising on campus.
Can Outside Groups Recruit For Jobs?
The Campus Communication Policy allows campus organizations, like the Career Center, to advertise academic and employment opportunities using company names and logos of outside organizations.

Departments and campus organizations may also post such opportunities on bulletin boards, iBelong, social media, or through subscriber email.
Exceptions
These outside organizations have an approved exception to advertising on-campus (e.g., The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, CES, the Rexburg Chamber of Commerce, and ROTC). Even those with an exception are required to work with University Communications, follow University Brand Guidelines, and use the approved university channels.
