Usage Guidelines
Consistent use protects the integrity and recognition of the BYU-Idaho logo. Follow these guidelines whenever the official logo appears in university communications.
Use the Official Logo
Always use an approved BYU-Idaho logo file. Do not recreate the logo or substitute another mark when representing the university.
Use Approved Logo Colors
The BYU-Idaho logo should always be used with the official brand colors.
Maintain the Minimum Size
Keep the logo at least 3/8 inch high in print and 36 pixels high in digital applications.
Give the Logo Clear Space
Keep the area around the logo free of text, images, and other graphic elements. Maintain clear space equal to the height of the “B” in the monogram.
Don’t Alter, Distort, or Recreate the Logo
Do not stretch, rotate, crop, redraw, or add elements to the logo. Always use an approved logo file rather than recreating or generating the logo with AI.
