Academic Scheduling Chart

Scheduling of ward activities is based on the academic schedule. The academic course schedule has to be published and synchronized with the event scheduling database prior to booking ward activities. A basic template of when that should happen for each semester is shown in the chart below: 

Check the red letter information on the BYU-Idaho Calendar for specific beginning and end dates for each semester. Dates, when school would not be in session, are also noted along with a listing of major events being held on the campus.
