Bingo Challenge (All Week!)
Bingo sheet has working links for easy access to content.
- Print a Bingo card (Download link on the right)
Complete by Friday:
- 1-3 bingos = 1 raffle entry
- 4-6 bingos = 3 raffle entries
- Blackout = 5 raffle entries
- Email a photo of your Bingo sheet to training@byui.edu by Friday to be entered into the raffle.
- Prizes include a Ninja portable blender and a massage gun.
- Winners will be notified by email on March 9th.

At the booth, you can:
- Pick up your Bingo sheet if you haven’t printed one out yet
- Write thank-you cards to employees while getting treats
- Learn more about all Employee Appreciation Week activities
- Nominate a Customer Service Champion
Customer Service Champion Program Launch
- Help employees who give exceptional customer service feel recognized.
- Use this link to nominate coworkers who show kindness, service, and the Spirit of Ricks!
- Those recognized will receive a small token of appreciation.
This program will continue beyond this week, but it all starts on this day.
Reminder: Friday Wrap-up!
Plan something simple and fun for your team on Friday to end Employee Appreciation Week.
It doesn’t need to be big. You could do a potluck, Donut Friday, bring your favorite treats to share, a small snack table, etc.
The goal is just to gather, celebrate, and show appreciation!

Daily Challenge: Create Your Own Meme (BYU-I Employee Edition)
How to Participate:
- Use Google Form linked on the right
- Create a meme related to work (ex: office life, BYUI culture, etc…)
- Submit your meme by 2:30 pm, March 3rd
- Once completed:
- Stop by the booth to claim your donut and enter the raffle!
- Online: Once you submit a meme through the link, you are successfully added to the raffle

Potluck Friday, March 6, 2026
Employee Appreciation Booth
To encourage time together, the Employee Appreciation Booth and daily challenge will not be held on Friday. Instead, departments across campus are invited to come together and host something simple in appreciation of their teams. This could be a potluck or sharing treats.
Enjoy good food, meaningful conversation, and a moment to recognize the people you work with every day. If you don’t see a potluck planned in your area, consider being the one to help get it started!
If you participate in a potluck, we invite you to take a photo and post it on social media. Tag @byuitrainingdevelopment so we can count it toward your Bingo sheet.
