Vision Service Plan
VSP offers choice, flexibility, and value through more than 50,000 nationwide locations. Keep in mind that you vision benefits plan must match your chosen medical plan (e.g., if you have a family medical plan, you can only sign up for a family vision benefits plan).

There are two coverage options to select from: Basic Coverage and Premier Coverage. Basic coverage simply covers glasses or contact lenses. Premiere covers glasses or contact lenses and the eye exam. Keep in mind that DMBA medical plans include eye exam coverage for a $25 co-pay.
Premier coverage includes a free eye exam each year.
