The BYU-Idaho Customer Service Certification Program is designed to increase the quality of customer service across campus. The certification program takes approximately 10 hours to complete. Employees and students who complete this course will receive a certificate of completion. Students do not need to be employed on campus to participate in the program.
1. Download the one page GET CERTIFIED worksheet.
2. Follow the instructions on the worksheet to complete the training. (The customer service principles are found on the Customer Service webpage.)
3. After finishing the requirements found on the GET CERTIFIED worksheet, email a copy of the completed worksheet to email@example.com. (You may also send a hard-copy of the completed worksheet through campus mail to Human Resources [Kimball 226, zip+1670]).
4. Each person who completes the GET CERTIFIED program will receive a certificate of completion (and can add this certification to his/her resume).
