Fit4Life is designed to help you make healthy lifestyle changes. A personal fitness and wellness program is organized by a Wellness Coach and Fitness Center Trainer.

The BYU-Idaho Wellness Center offers a unique blend of services that cover your overall health and fitness needs.
This test provides a comprehensive view of body composition balance.
This screening measures the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides in your blood.
This hour-long assessment tests body composition, endurance, and mobility.
Consultations help you with goal setting and teach lessons on wellness, nutrition, and fitness topics.
BYU-Idaho issued clothing is required for ALL classes. Schedule is subject to change.
