Spring 2020 Wellness Center Policies and Procedures as a result of COVID-19
We are doing our best to be good community citizens and are following the recommendations of our church and government leaders to avoid face-to-face contact wherever possible. Given these recommendations, all services will be provided online until further notice.
Our Wellness staff, including Wellness Coaches and Trainers, are ready to serve you via Zoom for the Spring semester. Wellness, Nutrition and Fitness Consultations can be scheduled by calling 208-496-7491 or emailing email@example.com.
Fit4Life will continue for Spring semester in a new way. First of all, it is FREE!! We are prepared to accommodate as many students and employees as possible. We know this is a difficult time for everyone and most workouts will be done from your home, apartment or backyard so we are prepared with workouts that can be done in your space. Nutrition, Fitness and Mental Health workshops, along with THRIVE, will also take place via Zoom. We are here to help you meet your goals and help you be successful this Spring. We are here to help you achieve your wellness goals so you can Live Better! The Wellness Center is a student-run facility that provides services to the BYU-Idaho campus community. The staff is supervised by advisors and academic instructors to ensure content and programming meet current industry standards and provides the best possible service for the client.
