What to Expect From a Physical Wellness Assessment

The Physical Wellness Assessment is an hour-long assessment that tests your body composition, endurance, and mobility. Come dressed in BYU-Idaho gym attire and arrive 5–10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

What we test:
  • Blood Pressure, Resting HR
  • Anthropometric: Height, Weight, Waist-to-Hip Measurements
  • BMI, BF%
  • Sub V02max (treadmill test)
  • Muscular Endurance: Curl Ups, Push Ups
  • Functional Movement Screening (FMS)
