Academic Skills Coaches
Studying doesn’t come naturally for everyone, but it’s a skill you can develop. Meet with an Academic Skills Coaches at the Study Skills Center to set achievable academic goals, develop a plan for upcoming deadlines and assignments, review the progress of previous goals, manage time effectively and prioritize specific tasks, assess the causation of missing assignments, and identify breakdowns in the learning process. The aim of this course is to help students meet their academic goals, prepare them to become self-reliant students, and chart a course that leads to graduation.
