You may purchase as many tickets as are available. However, all participants must be current students or the spouse of current students. If a participant arrives and they do not meet the guidelines then they will be turned away. Sorry.

Unfortunately, you cannot.  All participants must be current students or spouses of a current student.  BYU (Provo/Hawaii) students are not current BYUI students and are not permitted to attend any outdoor adventures.  Sorry.
If you cannot attend an outdoor adventure after purchasing a ticket, unfortunately, there is no refund.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you purchase a ticket and are unable to make it, you may sell your ticket to another current BYUI student or spouse of a student to recoup your expenses.  However, Outdoor Activities should be notified so the new participant can receive important trip updates.
If an outdoor adventure is canceled due to low ticket sales, poor weather, natural disasters, or other states of emergency, then tickets will be refunded to the credit card they were paid with.
We will do our best to make sure you are dressed appropriately for an activity.  However, if the current weather is below your personal minimum and you choose not to attend, there are no refunds.
If you have concerns or questions regarding an event, please feel free to speak with one of our Outdoor Activity advisors at 208-496-7300.
