Fit for Life

The Fit4Life program is designed for any student, student spouse, employee and employee spouse regardless of their age and fitness level. The Fit4tLife program provides the resources to help individuals deveolop habits of healthy living.  Participants have regular access to a Fitness Coach in the Wellness Center and a Trainer in the Fitness Center.  The Fitness Coaches assist the participants with the challenges they face in making life-changing goals.  This includes nutrition consulting and recommending resources for emotional, social and motivational challenges.  Trainers will provide assistance in using fitness equipment and outline workouts to meet the participant's needs....

Print an enrollment form here. You may drop off your enrollment form to the Wellness Center (Hart 152).

Cost:  $25.00 (non refundable) fee that will be charged to your personal account.

Requirement:  Each participants will receive a full fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the semester to track progress.  Upon completion of the closing assessement, each participant will receive a water bottle and t-shirt.

Teaching, motivating and training our fellow students how to live a healthy lifestyle; it's what we're all about.

Fitness Activities is a student-led organization within Student Activities with the purpose of helping students reach their health, fitness and wellness goals. Fitness Activities offers several different areas of services and opportunities such as fitness classes (Zumba and Yoga anyone?), personal trainers, nutrition coaches, fitness events, and so much more.

In addition, if you've ever wanted to help make a difference in someone's life through health and fitness then stop by the Student Activities Office across from the bookstore to learn about opportunities to get involved!
