Rental Policies

At the ORC, we want to make sure that you can have fun, be safe, and have the best rental experience possible. Here are a few quick policies, guidelines, and a copy of our rental agreement.

Reservations can be placed up to 30 days in advance. You can make a reservation by visitingthe reservations page. You can also visit us in the store during regular hours. There are some exceptions for reserving equipment. Contact us with any specific questions.

At the ORC, we want to make sure that you can have fun, be safe, and have the best rental experience possible.
Our complete rental agreement is required to be signed by those using rental equipment upon renting said equipment at the Outdoor Resource Center.

Rental Periods & Rates

Rental returns begin one hour before the regular business hours but must be returned within the first hour of the official open hours.

Open - Close	1 Business Day Rate
1:00 PM - Close	1/2 Business Day Rate
Open - Next day return 1hr after opening	1.5 Business Days Rate
Saturday - Monday within 1hr after opening	1.5 Business Days Rate
Anytime Friday - Monday within 1hr after opening	2 Business Days Rate

Picking up rentals early the night before would incur an additional prorated day charge. Rentals are due back to the ORC by close on the last day of the rental period. Late fees apply to equipment returned after the due date. There are no refunds for early returns.

The group rate is defined as renting 6 or more similar items and get a 15% discount. Some exclusions apply.

Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. Same-day rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis. No same-day reservations will be made. There is no fee for canceling reservations. We simply ask that you let us know a day in advance if possible.
