The BYU-I Physical Therapist Assistant Program at BYU-Idaho is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
Graduation from a PTA program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education is necessary for eligibility to sit for the licensure exam. This examination is a requirement for licensure in all states as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
