BYU-Idaho’s compliance program offers guidance and resources to ensure all ethical and legal obligations are met when acting on the University’s behalf. Compliance is less about getting people to follow rules, and more about creating a culture of ethical conduct. When a community upholds and advances core values that underlie established laws and policies, then privacy, freedom, safety, and respect are enjoyed by all.
