Requirements: Students need to have completed at least Chinese 102 to be eligible.
Dates: The first week of September to around the last week of November.
Cost: Around $5,200; this amount includes BYU-I tuition, airfare, food, incidentals. Tuition and dorm fees at NCU are covered under BYU-I tuition.
Accommodations: Students will stay in NCU dorms, with 4 students per dorm room; male and female dorms are separate.
Church: The Zhongli Ward is a 15-minute bus ride from NCU; the Taipei Temple is an hour train ride away.
Academic benefit: In addition to a life changing experience learning Chinese in an immersive environment, students will earn 12 credits at BYU-Idaho.
