      • Conference (Poster Sessions) - Thursday, July 14, 2022 | I-Center Courts | 4:30-6:00 p.m.
      • IDS Sessions -

          • Virtual | 4:30 - 6:00 pm (Zoom channels will be assigned.)
        • Thursday, July 14, 2022
          • Oral (in-person) | 5:00 - 7:00 pm (various rooms in Manwaring Center.)

    Fall 2022 Semester: Wednesday, December 7 (Virtual); Thursday, December 8 (F2F)
    Winter 2023 Semester: Wednesday, March 29 (Virtual); Thursday, March 30 (F2F)
    Spring 2023 Semester: Wednesday, July 12 (Virtual); Thursday, July 13 (F2F)
    Time Events
    2:00 - 4:00 pm Arrive to set up your poster or project.
    4:15 pm Oral presenters are recommended to go to their assigned booths or Zoom channels.
    4:30 pm Conference is open to the public and evaluating begins.
    6:30 pm Conference will conclude and final scoring will be submitted.

    The final schedule, including booth assignments, will be emailed to each participant and evaluator. Participants should check their email or talk to their group leader for the most recent schedule.
