The Mathematics Society's purpose is to build friendships and community. The society invites students and faculty that enjoy the beauty and wonder of mathematics and its applications. The society seeks to update students on academic/career opportunities and help them network with like-minded peers.
The BYU-Idaho Math Education Society is a student organization that promotes excellence in mathematics education. They give students resources and support, and build a community of future math educators who inspire and empower their students. The society organizes workshops and seminars to further educate every future math teacher on methods and strategies.
