BYU-Idaho’s Fitness program provides a diverse range of events and free classes from high-energy cardio sessions to calming yoga practices.
Participating in these activities can significantly boost physical fitness, increase energy levels, and promote a balanced lifestyle. BYUI-approved clothing is required for every class.
