The BYU-Idaho American Guild of Organists Society is a student organization dedicated to promoting the art of organ playing and fostering a community of organ enthusiasts. Their objectives include organizing recitals, workshops, and educational events to enhance organ performance skills, providing resources and support for students interested in pursuing organ studies, and creating opportunities for collaboration and networking among organists to further the appreciation and advancement of organ music.

The BYU-Idaho Brass Society is a student-led organization focused on promoting the art and education of brass music. Their objectives include organizing brass ensemble performances, masterclasses, and workshops to enhance brass playing skills, fostering a supportive community for brass musicians, and providing opportunities for collaboration, musical growth, and appreciation of brass music within the BYU-Idaho campus and surrounding community.

The BYU-Idaho Jazz Society is a student organization dedicated to the promotion and celebration of jazz music. Their objectives include organizing jazz concerts, jam sessions, and educational workshops to enhance jazz performance skills, fostering a community for jazz enthusiasts, and creating opportunities for students to explore, appreciate, and participate in the rich tradition of jazz music.

MTNA is an organization geared mostly toward private piano teachers to help them continue to improve their teaching skills and knowledge about the piano.  
In our chapter at BYUI, we hear presentation from the piano professors and other guests on different topics that pertain to our specifc needs as piano students, and prospective piano teachers. Please contact one of the society leadership for more information.

Their objectives include promoting music education, organizing events and workshops for aspiring music educators, and providing opportunities for professional development and networking within the field of music education, aiming to inspire and support future music teachers in their pursuit of excellence and impact in the classroom.
