To access our contract portal and to buy a contract at Centre Square, click the link above.
Students who currently have a contract and purchase additional contracts do not need to pay another deposit. The deposit will be rolled forward to cover any future contracts.
Payment Dues Dates
The housing contract amount is divided into three payments. The schedule below shows when each payment is posted, when it is due, and does not reflect when a student is actually living at Centre Square.

Contract Cancellations
Residents can cancel their contracts for a $50 cancelation fee before the dates listed below. If the cancellation date has passed and the contract is no longer desired, residents have the option to put the contract up for sale by navigating to the contract and clicking on the “sell contract” button under the “my contracts” tab on the contract portal. Until an eligible student purchases the unwanted contract, the current resident will be held responsible for the contract and its payments.
