On-Campus Recruiting

Employers can visit the BYU-Idaho campus to meet students and recruit for full- or part-time positions.

Visit Our Campus

Employers are welcome to visit our campus any time during the year. Visiting our campus in this informal atmosphere gives you a chance to meet our students, one-on-one, and recruit full- or part-time employees for your business or organization. You also have the opportunity to speak with students about possible internship positions within your organization. Additionally, the Internship & Career Services office can provide a quiet, distraction-free environment for your convenience in conducting on-campus interviews.

Pair your on-campus interview schedule with an information session as an additional recruiting tool for students and alumni. At an information session, you will be able to directly network and interact with potential candidates.

Once you secure a date(s) for on-campus recruiting, qualified students will be notified of your upcoming visit via Handshake. Other advertising venues may include bulletin boards and posters, a booth in the Manwaring Center (our "student union" building), class visits, and other marketing tools.

Post positions, interviews, and events on Handshake, our on-campus database, and prepare for your recruiting session by reviewing résumés, scheduling interviews, taking RSVP's for events, and more.

Schedule information sessions, group presentations, and/or individual interviews and appointments. We can provide you with rooms of many sizes that meet your needs.
