Career Fair Information for Employers and Graduate Schools

The BYU-Idaho Career Fair is an event for employers, organizations, and graduate schools to set up booths and provide information for students interested in jobs, internships, and graduate schools.

For the Winter 2026 Semester, BYU-Idaho will be hosting a STEM Fair:

Booth reservations are first come, first served. Registration includes one 8 ft. table, two chairs, two attendees, a continental breakfast, and a boxed lunch. To reserve a booth at the Career Fair, register in Handshake.

Attendees who sign up for a booth can also sign up for information session rooms, which are available on Wednesday or Thursday. To schedule space, please contact employerrelations@byui.edu. Space is limited.
