Our Mission
The mission of the Student Leadership Council (SLC) is to help build Disciple Leadership both on and off the BYU-Idaho campus. We accomplish this by sharing Disciple Leadership skills, administering the Student Leadership Coordination Council with Student Leaders across campus, and assisting students in finding leadership and service opportunities.
Volunteers attend various administrative councils throughout campus which are comprised of students, faculty, and administrators. These volunteers represent the student perspective in those meetings, take notes to report back to the Student Leadership Council, and help to develop ideas to assist in the solving of complex campus issues.
