As a NASM certified personal trainer with a background in powerlifting, I work with clients of all experience levels to improve movement quality, resilience, and long-term progress. When you enroll, you’ll select the day(s) and time(s) that fit your schedule best. Those sessions are then reserved for you each week, giving you a consistent, reliable routine with your trainer.
Fit4Life enrollment is currently structured on a semester basis, so your commitment runs through the full semester once you’re enrolled. If you have questions about your situation, our team is happy to talk through options with you.
