Art teacher K-12
The Art Education Degree prepares students to become art teachers in public education. Most opportunities are at the secondary level (middle or high school), but there are also some at the elementary school level.
Art Teacher/Professor
You can teach art in most settings by obtaining an art education degree. To teach in a higher education setting, a graduate degree is required. Alternatively, you may create a business centered around teaching classes on specialized or general topics, which would not require an education degree.
