Deposit Refund

Your deposit cannot be refunded while you are still actively attending BYU-Idaho. However, students can request a maximum of $200 withdrawn from their deposit per semester for any expenses. Please contact the Accounting Office to request this withdraw at 208-496-9610 or through email at accountingservices@byui.edu

If you have paid your deposit but do not attend BYU-Idaho, you can request a refund, and it will be refunded to the person who originally paid the deposit.

If you attend BYU-Idaho and graduate, transfer schools, withdraw, or leave for a mission, the remainder of your deposit can be refunded back to you.

All outstanding debt will be paid from your deposit before your refund is processed.
