Employee Know your Numbers
Employees and spouses can schedule a Know Your Numbers assessment at the Student Health Center for DMBA’s Living Healthy program. Call 208-496-9330 (Mon–Fri, 8–10 AM). Fasting required. Bring your insurance card.
BYU-Idaho requires all students to have adequate health insurance. The deadline for Fall semester for student waivers is September 22, 2025. Fill out the form now!
Flu shots are available at the Student Health Center
You can schedule an appointment by calling 208-496-9330 or simply walk in, no appointment needed! Flu clinics will be held from October through January.
