Employee Know your Numbers
If you are an employee of BYUI, you and your spouse can schedule a Know Your Numbers assessment for DMBA’s Living Healthy program. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Fasting is preferred. Bring your insurance card. Call 208-496-9330 to schedule yours today.
BYU-Idaho requires all students to have adequate health insurance. The deadline to submit a waiver is one week after the first day of class each semester. Contact the Student Health Center with any questions at 208-496-9330.
Flu shots are available at the Student Health Center
You can schedule an appointment by calling 208-496-9330 or simply walk in, no appointment needed! Flu clinics will be held from October through January.
