How to Add the End of Course Survey in Canvas
This instructional video from Institutional Research and Assessment reviews how to add the End of Course Survey, the Student Feedback to Instructor Survey, or the new Weekly Evaluation Surveys to your course on campus.
Students can access the End of Course Survey through several different methods. However, to receive credit (or extra credit) in your course, they must click the survey assignment link in your Canvas course section.
If a student has already completed the survey for your course using another access method, they do not need to complete it again. When they click the survey assignment link in your Canvas section, the system will recognize that they have already submitted the survey and will automatically award the appropriate credit.
