End of Course Survey Faculty Instructions

Please encourage your students to participate in the End of Course Survey. Some faculty do this by offering extra credit to students who complete it. If you would like to offer extra credit, please add the End of Course Survey to your course by following the instructions in the video below. When the survey is added to your course as an assignment, extra credit is awarded in the gradebook automatically, as soon as students complete the survey in your section. To receive the points, students must access the survey via the link in the course. If a student has not finished the survey for your course, clicking the link will let them evaluate your course and tell Canvas that they have completed it.
