The Title IX Office promotes and maintains a safe and respectful environment for the campus community, free from sexual harassment and gender discrimination. The Title IX Office addresses reported violations of the Sexual Misconduct Policy, provides information and training, and answers questions about university policy or other Title IX concerns, including issues related to pregnancy.
The Title IX Coordinator oversees an investigation process rooted in compassion, fairness, and respect. The Title IX Coordinator can assist any student with concerns related to sexual misconduct, including safety concerns, academic struggles, etc.
The BYU-Idaho Counseling Center provides confidential counseling for individuals, couples (pre-marital and marital), groups, and any student in crisis. Free counseling is available for matriculated BYU-Idaho students, registered for a minimum of six credits.
The SASC assists students who have experienced sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking or other forms of sexual misconduct. It provides support, guidance and information regarding university policies and procedures to help students make more informed choices regarding their situation. In addition, the SASC works one-on-one to connect students with resources both on and off campus and assists students in navigating the university system.
The BYU-Idaho Student health center provides comprehensive health care services. Excludes sexual assault examinations, which are available at Madison Memorial Hospital.
The Dispatch Center operates 24 hours a day. Security and Safety patrols campus grounds, provides Safe Walk escort services, and responds to emergencies.

It is available to assist you with protection orders, no-contact orders, and restraining orders. General information about different types of court orders is available on the Idaho Courts website.
