Alumni and Career Center Events

Join BYU-Idaho for inspiring on-campus career events and networking opportunities. These events are for both current students and Alumni. The Alumni from Brigham Young University-Idaho are distinct in their communities and in their education. BYU-Idaho Alumni can uplift those around them in unique ways, both in their community and to current BYU-Idaho students.

Power to Become (P2B)

The Power to Become (P2B) Conference encourages students, alumni, and guests to discover their passion, tell their stories, and network effectively. An upbeat, engaging learning environment, P2B is not a traditional professional development conference—it’s an experience.

The next conference will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2027 and will feature keynote speakers Jimmer Freddette, Bianca Reber, Jacob Rascon, and Chris Pyeatt, with entertainment provided by BYU's Vocal Point and Noteworthy.
